Braden Weisheit  serves as the General Manager for North America – Mining Technology Solutions at Komatsu, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of technology initiatives supporting mining operations across the United States and Canada.

With 20 years in the mining industry, Braden has focused his career on leveraging technology to enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability in mining.

He oversees a team responsible for delivering Komatsu’s integrated technology solutions in Automation, Fleet Management, Payload Optimization, and Machine Guidance. In this role, Braden works closely with customers and partners to align advanced technologies with operational goals and long-term value creation.

Prior to his current role, he led global technology integration efforts for Load & Haul solutions and served as Global Sales Manager for Machine Guidance at Modular Mining.
