  • Email confirming date/time of presentation: March 20, 2026

  • Presenters’ registration deadline: March 20, 2026

  • Upload your PowerPoint (PPT) presentation (not mandatory): May 2, 2026

  • Upload presentation recording (not mandatory): May 2, 2026

  • Upload technical paper (not mandatory): May 2, 2026

Important

  • If your submitted abstract is accepted, all participants in the technical program, including panel organizers, panelists, moderators, and speakers/presenters, are required to pay the registration fee designated for their respective category. Failing to do so by the stipulated deadline may lead to your removal from the program.

  • If your submitted abstract is selected, please ensure that you are available to present on any of the three conference days—Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. The technical program runs until Wednesday at 16:45 and is fully scheduled. Withdrawals based on a preference for a specific day will not be accepted, and future submissions from the same author(s) may not be considered.
